"7th floor lounge is great. For guests who are jet lagged and have sleeping roommates, the 7th floor is a great place to hang out and read a book, watch TV, grab a snack and a drink, etc., in a very comfortable place. We also had a super rainy day and fortunately the hotel had plenty of extra umbrellas for guests who were caught without one. I made a note on a previous review about taking copies of ID for Japan residents, and a manager responded within one day, apologizing and saying that they were going to review that policy with their staff.
