"The hotel is under major renovation. Lights in bathroom weren’t working. New fridge was not plugged in and did not function after plugging in. Dust, construction crews everywhere. Maybe i missed information about renovation activities at Expedia site????"

"ホテルの21階レストランからの眺望は素晴らしかった。目の前に新都市のシンボル、100メールのバイテレクタワーが見え、日本人の設計者黒川紀章が構想した新しい街づくりが成功したような印象を受ける。しかし、その近代都市にあって、ホテルの受付の対応がお粗末だった。近くのデパートや重要施設を尋ねても、スマートフォンを見て調べ、よくわからないと返事された。何のための受付なのか、とあ然とした。スマートフォンを見ないと応対できない受付とは、日本人にはとても理解できなかった。ホテル環境は良いのだから、人間のスタッフもそれ同様の良さが欲しいと感じた。ホテル自体は、宿泊してメリットは大きいです。"

There are pharmacies, restaurants and malls in the surrounding area. I feel very safe. I am looking forward to staying at Brown again.
