"The disappointing lack of hot water in my room was vastly overshadowed by how amazing the staff of this hotel are. They were kind, caring, and went above and beyond. Their customer service alone makes me wish to stay again if I am ever to return to Canggu. On top of that, it is only a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a ~10-15 minute walk to the major beach clubs. The hotel itself is very pretty and well taken care of. "
