"It seems to be an older hotel, but has been very nicely updated. The staff at the hotel and casino restaurants were very friendly and helpful.Great housekeeping staff! Really good restaurants in the casino! People we know in Reno were skeptical about us staying there as it used to be a little bit of a rundown area. I think it’s changing. It is on the west side of the Sparks Marina Park lake. On the other side of little lake is the Outlet mall and the big Scheels sports store. There are a large number of restaurants in area too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!"

"The room was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator, and a 2-hub electric stovetop. The staff was friendly and helpful with dining recommendations. The lodge had a ping pong table, kid's putting green, and complementary kit for making smores on the fire pit in the evening. We enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Glen Lodge and the activities at Lake Tahoe."

"I have been staying at The Crown for over 30 years. First with my parents as a child, and now with my own child. Love the beach access, and walkability. The remodeled pool area is great! Only thing I would note is the need for adaptive equipment (ex: grab bar in shower) specifically for older guests; and some of the window treatments could use an upgrade. But it’s the perfect place to bring your family and spend some quality time - winter and summer alike. "
