"The ambiance of the restrooms and bathrooms was rather uncomfortable. Making reservations for the two restaurants proved to be extremely difficult—a process that certainly did not prioritize customer convenience. We attempted to make a reservation at 10:30 AM, exactly as per your stipulated schedule, only to be informed that the restaurants were already fully booked. We simply cannot understand this; why were we told that the reservation window was specifically between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM? Furthermore, there were no services available to assist guests with local sightseeing (such as shuttle transfers), and the additional costs for sightseeing excursions were excessively high."

The hotel and the pool was average not more and not less. I would not choose this stay again if prob choose a better location and nicer hotel. Less. "
