The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room that was allocated to us was very spacious and very clean.

This B&B was amazing – out of the three accommodations we stayed at in Taiwan, this was by far our favourite! The host was very welcoming and helpful. Each morning at breakfast, she asked about our plans for the day and gave us useful tips on where to visit around Sun Moon Lake, the best spots for sunrise and sunset, and even provided bike discount vouchers. Very enjoyable stay at sun moon lake

room was the best we had in our 2 weeks stay in Taiwan. Room was clean, and big. The amenities they provided was comprehensive, especially for female occupants (ranging from face mask to pad!). Even provided TV programs via netflix etc. host even went through all the amenities that provide, how to operate them etc. They even provided tea and snacks for tea break. Excellent room. No emphasis on the view. Parking is good. Very spacious and clean room. We have got 2 rooms and they even closed up a section of the main walk way to allow us to a have our own private sitting area outside our rooms.

Was quite a walk from bus drop off point but the service really stood out. There are tables to eat in the lobby so we ate our dinner there and the owner very kindly offered us Japanese biscuits as a snack. When it was raining, he offered to drive us to the pier and they even help send your luggage to the bus pick up point so that you do not need to return to the accommodation to get it. This hotel is not new but very well kept. The ambience and both interior and exterior decors are special and unique. Simply stunning and amazingly gorgeous. Service is excellent and the daily musical appreciation activity is a must-go. No words can describe the unforgettable experience staying in this great hotel.

Location is convenient, room is big and clean. Owner have prepared very nice breakfast for every guests-it is very thoughtful. There is a bus stop near hotel that loop around the island (really good).
