"The property wasn’t the newest and greatest. However, I was provided a comfortable bed, amazing Air Conditioning and the check-in staff was truly one of the best I’ve experienced in the industry. The room was clean and most importantly the bathroom was spotless! Even the AC filter was clean! I stayed in room 203 which seems like an addition to the inn that was added. I am pleased to say that for the money you pay, I would truly 100% stay here again. Thanks again to the staff for the wonderful greeting and experience they provided. "

"Excelent place to stay. Staff and everyone involved were very courteous. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Excellent view of the falls and every attraction is very close. The incline is right across the street. Embassy Suites was by far in the top 3 hotels that I have ever stayed at. This includes trips to Ireland, Scottland, the Alps in Germany, Belgium, UK."

"The only thing that seemed to be disappointing was you have to pay $45 for self parking which was about 1/4 away from the hotel. Especially knowing the room was expensive. And no type of continental breakfast. "

"Family overnight trip. Easy access to fallsview and Niagara falls. Breakfast is good. Hotel was clean and pool inside was a bonus for the kids. Would stay again for the price. "
