"We stayed at Hilton Nigra falls for two nights and everything about this hotel was 5 star, from the location to be close and central to main attractions, to restaurants on site, politeness and helpfullness of the staff to the amazing large rooms with super comfortable beds and breat taking view of the fall. The only challenge was the parking, hotel parking was fully booked and was $50 per night. We had to park across the street like less than 5 min walk but it would have been nice to be able to use our hotel parking."

"Our room was dirty, old towel left in bath tub, dirty pillow case and chips left under the bed. Clearly not cleaned well. However the fact parking is an additional $50 I feel ripped off, I already pay $300 for not even 24 hours. The staff was good, and pool and hot tub was nice. "

"Staff was very accommodating, but the rooms, while spacious, utilize that space poorly. It’s an alternative versus the surrounding hotels at the right price, because it lacks some of the extras"
