"I asked for room to be cleaned daily and it was terribly cleaned for the 5 days I stayed there. Hot tub was dirty and I would request a clean but the room service guys were beyond terrible. Pool is nice - didn’t eat their breakfast but I presume it’s very good as well. "

"First of all they completely misguide you on what is in your room. All the pics show a nice jacuzzi in your room which there is no such thing. Second of all they list the prices in U.S dollars which makes absolutely no sense cause we live in Canada. Last of all the breakfast is half ass as there in no eggs, sausage, bacon or etc. Just old bagels and cereal. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone."

"This is one of the cleanest hotels my family and I have stayed in compared to the others in Niagara. The staff is super friendly, especially the ladies in the restaurant!"

"Overall wasn’t very clean the sheets were stained, we had to go out and purchase our own bedding because we didn’t trust the pillow cases or the top blanket which still has huge brown and black stains on it, lack of toiletry items, towels and face towels were stained as well. Random scuffs on the wall and looked like bodily fluids that just was unpleasant and uncomfortable.. Shower curtain kept falling down mid shower, The faucet tap literally came off when going to use it for the first time.. literally came right off.. The microwave had no glass dish in it.. Under the bed was full of dirt and other peoples past stays.. Too put the cherry on top Im a young female first time travelling and at 4am someone was knocking on my door, Thankfully my boyfriend came on my trip last minute because he was able too and wanted to make sure I was safe! He opened the door and it was a person that clearly was on some major substances asking if we had anything on us… Like.. 4am! Knocking, random area new environment! Im totally creeped out.. We complain and the next morning they only gave 140$ out of the 300 I pretty much paid and told me that’s all they could do.. never again at least it’s not for someone who it trying to have a nice stay and it’s definitely not worth 300$ they should at least have it cheaper if it’s not going too be the way they advertise it online.. "
