Hotels in Lundy's Lane

"We liked the cleanliness and roominess of the room were great. Once we got into the room We were Not being informed by the concierge the status of the north building and mid tower elevator in repair was annoying because I had to go and down several times until I reached the south tower to use the pool or fitness room in swim shorts through the common lobby The toilet roll holder was broken or improperly installed in out suite. Also after 11pm both sinks could not get cold tap water . It was scalding hot tap water that would fixed at the hot temperature all night until morning. . The parking lot staff and the concierge had don’t properly communicate to each other . Where one attendant told me that the parking was charged to our room but the concierge told me that it was charged separately. "

"We had a Full Fallsview Room. Room was nice but on the small side. The cost of the room, was for the view which was great."

"Breakfast ,juices were not included ,wereas ,other hotels juices are included,staff in the Breakfast was very rude lady ,she has to be trained how to speak with guests Moreover unnecessarily she was telling me that i cant drink twice the coffeee,there will be extra charge, wirhout knowing that i do not want to drink coffee twice ,it is irrelevant to mention Moreover in other hotels they never charge for coffee for breakfast "

"$50 to park each night was a bit excessive when you park in the covered garage right beside it for $40 or a block down for $10 Staff is friendly and helpful "

"Room was ok was clean but not the cleanest. But they rushed it so we could have an early check in. Was a good trip . People above us sucked as they thumped from 1pm till 1 am but not the hotel fault "
