"The customer desk were welcoming and very helpful. There was an issue with the room as there was water logged in the bathroom and the entire carpet was wet. The housekeeper should have checked it before giving us the room. The customer desk did give us a new room and compensated us for the decor done in our initial room. It was a great experience apart from the inconvenience."

"Dated hotel, good amenities "

"Rooms were not ready, alternative rooms offered and wish we’d waited for other rooms. Our rooms were by elevator and across from housekeeping closet and very noisy. Noise from other rooms also very loud. We could hear everything/conversations through air return vent in room, had to try to block some of sound with nightstand! Otherwise, location is really good for casino, olg stage and falls and price was very good for adjoining rooms to accommodate everyone. "

"This property is in a great location. It is within walking distance to many food choices, grocery store, and public transportation. The place is very clean, plenty of plates, silverware, cooking utensils and cookware. House keeping came daily to clean the apartment and washed dishes. The appliances are clean and new. There were no instructions on how to operate the stove top or washer/dryer, but could easily be found with a Google search. We are a family of 6 and we fit in comfortably. The two showers were sufficient for us and the hot water replenished quickly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
