Very clean and I had a comfortable stay

We (5 friends) stayed at the 2-bedroom beachfront villa. The private pool, while small, had a good view of the sea and jetty. It was a great size for us with lots of natural light, a luxe master bedroom with an open concept bathroom. Food in the resort was generally good, a mix of local and international fare, fairly reasonably priced. We requested for private BBQ chef in the villa and the food& service was top notch. Would definitely go back again

having my time during the hotel with my girlfriend and both of us was happy with their services and they always carry smiles with them when they were providing us their services at all times, will be going back to this hotel and will recommend to my friends and family members.

My wife and I spent five lazy days by the sea. It was a very relaxing time as we were able to enjoy the excellent resort facilities. Our intention was to stay only four days, but extended it by a day as we thoroughly enjoyed the place. The hotel staff were very courteous and everyone had a greeting or a smile on them whenever we passed them. We will visit again.

Had a wonderful and beautiful experience at Nongsa Point Marina & Resort, Batam. Hotel room was great. Love the room which is facing the garden view and the swimming pool is just behind on the ground level. Beautiful marina view - really spent the night sitting outdoor and feeling the luxurious cool windy atmosphere. This is rare because surprisingly there were no mosquitoes! Food was also good. Overall excellent!

Beautiful surroundings and facilities. The lounge entertainment twas also good.. kudos :) wish the turkey and chicken know the timings as they soo noisy at the wrong time！！！

Had a great experience but cautious due to lack of reviews. Everything is new and clean, great experience with well appointed-rooms, spacious toilets and great pool near the golf course. Soft opening meant some teeth problems, you may wait a short while to get service but once received, the staff are fantastic (i remember names Faris, Bagus, Rokky and manager Carmen) who made the stay great. The hotel is situated in between 2 big mall in batam... Walking diatance to batam ferry terminal... Decent gym... Well kept roof top swimming pool with warm jaquzzi... Good place for traveller who love to take picture... The staff are courteous and helpful... Near by has a decent restaurant called sanur, walking diatance with small art gallery beside it...

We arrived a little earlier than our check in time so we expected to wait till 2pm for check in. However this was not the case, our room was already good for check in and the process was smooth. The room more than met our expectations. The design was pleasing, all the power points provided were the international type, so I did not have to worry about the incompatibility of the plugs that we had. The bathroom fittings were all from Toto. The only gripe I had was that the air con was too cold!...

This is my first time staying in Golden View Hotel after countless of trips to Batam. First thing I noticed is that it is right beside the very famous seafood restaurant Golden Prawn 933. This means you can satisfied your seafood craving just outside your doorsteps. The hotel itself is also very big and spacious. Got myself a Deluxe room and it is much bigger than I expected. Staffs are friendly and polite. Location is great especially the linked mall and some nearby shops.

The staff is amazing, although the numbering of room seems confusing but the cafe waiter is patient enough to bring me to the right room despite it's not even his job - this is going beyond his duties and he didn't demanded any tips but he deserved one

Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.

Floor of the room a bit dusty...but overall i give 9/10.
