"The coffee at the bar was delicious. The hotel has all the potential to be a great hotel. The GYM and the pool are fantastic. However, the shower looked run down. Same as the room floor. It requires a better maintenance."

We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. Thank you, James and the RIU Panama team. We will definitely return."

Diane also was helpful in calling and excursion place for me so I could book a last minute appointment. Overall amazing experience. Definitely recommend.
