"As we went into the building the security guard stopped us and asked us where we were going— we explained we were checking in and he directed us to the room in the building where the “front desk” is. We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B). "Stayed with our family including teens for the week. Hotel is very clean, all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk is a great resource. Hotel grounds and building are well kept and very beautiful. Building is charming and centrally located. Highly recommend for stays in this hotel for easy access to the city. 5/5 in every aspect. "

"Prepare in advance if you do not speak Spanish. Was hung up on twice when contacting the number provided for support before check in. Since this an appartment, services are also minimal. Ex: will not hold your luggage after check out. If you have a late flight the evening of checkout, prepare to carry your belongings with you for the day. Location is amazing but place is not as advertised in photos. Not a bad stay but appartment is definitely weathered in condition vs. photos. WiFi did not...
