"Our stay at the Shangri-La Sydney was nothing short of exceptional. We were lucky enough to be there during Vivid, and the views overlooking the Harbour Bridge and Opera House from our room were simply breathtaking — easily one of the best vantage points in the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for. A real highlight was having access to the Horizon Club Lounge on level 30. It was a peaceful retreat with panoramic views, great service, and delicious canapés and drinks each evening. The combination of luxury, location, and those unbeatable views made for a truly memorable Sydney experience. Highly recommended for a special occasion or anyone wanting to experience the city at its best."
