"We like the hotel for the location and size since we travel with a family of 4. However the air conditioning was poor and bed were very uncomfortable. It literally felt like sleeping on the floor. "

"We had a great stay at Ca' Mariele with our toddler. The hotel is located just outside a large square with lots of dining options and about a 20min walk from St Marks Square. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!"

When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here."
