A lovely boutique hotel close to the ferry. David and Leaha were fantastic hosts making sure we were comfortable and looked after. David was available to help me with an early check in for my son who was arriving before us and Leaha was so warm hearted and lovely making sure breakfast and our stay was perfect.

Everything was good, the breakfast was very good, and the girls in charge were very friendly, be careful with the mini bar, at the end of the stay you have to pay for what was consumed, we really liked the hotel, very convenient and an unbeatable place.

Holy cow this property and room was super amazing. We would stay here again in a minute. Breakfast was super!!! Service awesome. Clean and comfortable. The only thing I could even remotely complain about is we were put in the annex. Which was an incredible room/suite- but 7-8 minute walk from where we thought we were going to be.

Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed in the Casanova triple room. Room is on the smaller side but sufficient enough for three people to fit comfortably. Room/bedding/shower were all very clean. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and directions. Mornings you can enjoy a delicious lite breakfast inside or on the patio.

Room was very nice and the bath tub was big enough for 2! Close to Piazza San Marco and much more! The host was flexible with our check-in time, because we arrived late. Breakfast was AMAZING. The entrance door was not well insulated and we could hear everything that the people in the neighboring suites were saying, and I'm guessing they could hear us as well.

Our experience at Ca’ Pagan was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in they made us feel so welcome. The rooms are individually decorated in traditional Venetian style so it feels special rather than cookie cutter. The staff was next level, I cannot say enough about them. Also, they offer a great little breakfast (and yummy cappuccino) which is perfect to start your day. Thanks Ca’ Pagan for making our stay extra special!

A smaller boutique type hotel, but overall a fantastic experience. We had a delay with our flight and showed up after regular hours, but the front desk concierge stayed in touch with me over WhatsApp and was kind enough to wait for us to arrive. It was so nice of her to do that and a huge relief after a long travel day. The rooms are on the smaller side (which is typical for Venice) and had a really cool style. The piazza nearby was the perfect spot for dinner or a drink and everything else was very walkable. We loved our stay.

The hotel was a beautifully restored and decorated 500 year old property. The staff was very welcoming and rooms were clean. The breakfast, breakfast room and courtyard were lovely. Lea and staff greeted us with a smile and good food every morning. Plenty of food options can be found within quick walking distance to Stafano Plazza Also this hotel is literally steps from the S Sameule vaparetto stop. Keep in mind it doesn’t pick up in the morning until 10 and no service to it after 8pm. Make sure you know how to make your way to the hotel from the next closest stop. Overall definitely a five star property, location and experience.

Incredible!

This was a last minute booking for us as a treat at the end of our holiday. We stayed in one of the annex rooms! Thoroughly recommend! The service throughout has been incredible. All so lovely and helpful. The restaurant that was booked for us as a recommendation was incredible. It was predominantly a fish restaurant but well worth it. We were given a massive breakfast with a brilliant choice, sadly we couldn’t eat it all as it was so much. The room was immaculate. To find fault in it is difficult….the tv didn’t work but who needs tv when you are in Venice!

Huone oli erittäin siisti ja moderni sekä loistavalla sijainnilla. Spesiaalina huoneessa suihku sijaitsi sängyn päädyssä. Aamupala tarjoiltiin huoneeseen, mikä oli varsin runsas. Miinusta hieman siitä, että huoneeseen kuului toisten huoneiden suihkun äänet. Lisäksi itse huone sijaitsi noin 5min kävelymatkan päässä hotellin vastaanotosta. Majoitusvero piti maksaa käteisellä. Majoitushenkilökunnalta sai hyvin vinkkejä nähtävyyksistä sekä kulkuyhteyksistä.

Check in was very easy, greated by David who gave us a map and some suggestions of places to visit and eat. We didn't eat at the recommended places but found some fantastic eateries such as Ristorante La Feluca and Ristorante Da Raffaele. Seafood and Steaks to die for, and never had better Tiramasu. The hotel is situated 1 minute walk from the Boat stop of San Samuele on the Number 2 Route and is only 5 minutes walk from Sant Angelo which is on the Orange route to and from the airport. The Hotel room, acessed via a door to the side of the hotel and up a 15th century set of stairs was large enough for a 4 night stay. The shower was snug but not an issue. It was very well prepared, clean and beautifully decorated. We did have a bit if an Ant infestation but completely nobodys fault. To their credit it was dealt within hours of reporting it and the Ants moved on. The hairdryer, in the room, did not work, but a standalone hairdryer was sourced and can't fault the speed of resolving this. It was our 25th wedding Anniversary and on returning in the afternoon we had flower petals on the bed and a lovely note. Thankyou! Room had a safe and pay for mini bar. Breakfast was a cold buffet, more than enough with Pastries, cold meats, eggs, juices, fruit, yoghurts and coffee, tea. Service and attention was perfect. David, Lia and the rest of the team were excellent, hotel in great location only minutes from the busier streets and squares, but quiet hotel. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
