"Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming. The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful. However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. We were told when we booked in that when we go down to use the spa facilities to take our room key and card as evidence we were guests staying and to obtain our robes and slippers. "Really liked the hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. I stopped in room 11 and the WIFI was really poor. Kept dropping out even though I was on it. As I was travelling wife work I use the evening to do my admin since I’m on my own. This was not possible though as it kept losing signal. Reception told me the hotel was full hence why it kept dropping out. But that should not be my issue it should be good enough for a full hotel. "
