The service was excellent. Owner of the property speak very good english, he is friendly and always ready to help. The property is well decorate and the floor heating keep you warm. Breakfast was definitely much better than the other properties that we had experience in our trip there.

The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious. Excellent location as it’s linked to a big mall with many dining options. But what really stand out is the staff. Though bookings were made via Expedia (we had 2 different arrivals and 2 rooms), I had contacted the hotel directly on many occasions with regards to our late check-in, lower floor rooms, rooms near each other and our dining reservations on New Year’s Eve. Located at the heart of Lijiang Old Town. Very accessible to all amenities and food. Host is wonderful alway checking on us and preparing our breakfast. Miya is the friendliest dog you can ever find. Greeting us when we arrive and alway wanting a cuddle from guests.

Beautiful hotel just by the river in the heart of old town. The breakfast was very tasty, only thing that could improve is to have a double curtain so garden room can have more privacy.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, and best customer service. Recommended that others visit this, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

Location in old town, good food all around, accessibility to other location, pleasant staff and room well kept each day. Can do enough shopping just around 50 meters radius. Heavy luggages from main road to hotel through no-drive zone is manageable despite the large cobbled tiles. Need accept a conserved building structure and surrounded by lively streets all around - they do provide ear plugs. For people who wants a local feel.

The room is modern and spacious. Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. Travelling time about 45mins to 1 hour to City centre during daytime depends on traffic condition. It's located at new town. However, the staffs is very very helpful and friendly. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is typical china style and limited variety. Overall it is nice place to stay.

Good service

Manager Kadi took care of us very well, especially looking after our special request for halal food. On our day of departure he was even kind enough to drop us off at a halal restaurant for lunch on the way to the train station in his personal vehicle. The room was very spacious and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The Thai spa is a must try!

Location is quite isolated from city, but being a resort in nature it is fine. Hotel with full facilities, there's even a bicycle rental service within. Room is big, qith huge soaking bath. Comfy bed, friendly staffs, privacy and all. a nice place to be in for relaxation.
