"We first stayed at the hotel two years ago and came back on our return to Bangkok this year! The hotel is fantastic! Best I’ve stayed in! Staff can’t do more for you and very accommodating! From Concierge, to everyone on Reception and those in the Gym/Pool/Bar! Rooms cleaned daily and very comfortable! Will always be my option for hotel when I return back to Bangkok"

"Room was clean. They also gave you tooth brushes, razor, and more. Staff was super nice. Room service was 24 hours which was great. The breakfast was seriously some of the best food the whole time in Bangkok. Walking distance from bars and shopping. Only compliant was pool was cold but we didn’t really go to the pool much, only once. Pool bar area was cool. All the restaurants attached to the hotel were great. Kinda far from temples but we didn’t really care about that. It was like 30-40 mins from temples but mostly because of traffic. Would stay here again if we came back to Bangkok. "

"We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"
