"Three of the four elevators were out of service during the first part of our stay. This resulted in long wait times to get to and from the 12th floor. That said, the staff was clearly working hard to remedy the situation. In particular, the gentleman who ran the service elevator was very accommodating and very much on top of his game. "

"Beautiful property. My room had a major leak in the shower. The engineer came to fix it but he made it worse. I had a gorgeous tub to soak in and we’ll worth it! Hallways freezing however. Not sure why. Room was great. Will be back! "
