"The first night we pulled back the sheets to sleep the bed was crawling with bedbugs. We had to leave the room immediately that was 3/23/26. I have still yet to get my refund for $1500 from the hotel"

"Room door was open to the pool....like a two-floor motel set-up, but on the 9th floor. Had to take 2 elevators to enter/exit the room. Woken by kids screaming in the pool at 8am. The onsite "restaurant/bar" is a sad corner off the pool that didn't seem to be staffed. It was priced accordingly but the pictures make you think you're getting a deal. You're not."
