10/10 Excellent

"Great for an early flight! Super clean!!!!! I stayed at a Marriott and paid 4 times the price, hotel was dirty, stained and ripped furniture, hair in shower! Pleasant surprise !!!"

FOUNDRE Phoenix

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great. Love the theme. Industrial Revolution with art displayed everywhere. Joe and Gary at the front desk were helpful and efficient. The restaurant employees did an excellent job. The room staff were good except we had to ask for a second facecloth and a second set of slippers and a second robe. The location was great right off of Roosevelt Row and the university nearby. The tram stopped a block away but we had a rental car. If you keep the total cost of the hotel and parking competitive, that will be another reason for us to return. Great job."

Downtown Phoenix Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Was a nice room. I really liked the decor, especially the Ziggy Stardust pillow. Location was excellent. AC worked well and bed was comfortable. It's a pretty basic room but had everything we needed at a decent price. Parking Lot did get full on Sat night tho which was pretty inconvenient and someone had parked in the handicapped spot with no placard displayed so that was frustrating."
