"Great Location, right next to the canal. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were really helpful. Internet very good, hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. All in all a great stay and will use again for our next stay in birmingham. "

"Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10. The best thing about the experience was the staff. "There are no rooms without carpets - bad news for those of us suffering from asthma. Good news is that you can open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast was poor, no veggies. Burnt smell, noisy and nothing extra"
