"We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here as it ticks all our boxes when visiting Dubai. Location is fantastic and the facilities are everything we need, especially the Wave breaker restaurant. The new layout of the pool areas have only improved things. "I stay at 100s of hotels every year. This one easily is in my top 5 worst stays. I arrived to the hotel to find out that the parking spots are all taken, the staff and the supervisor are not helpful at all, I could probably get more help from a concrete wall than from the staff. They were repeating the same script over and over again. The supervisor had too much pride to admit that the hotel was at wrong for listing a room comes with free parking then not accommodating, he was borderline getting personally offended at times. No compensation was given and I ended up having to drive in circles for 30 min outside the hotel until I found a parking on the road far from the hotel at my own expense. No one offered to help with the luggage whatsoever. The water pipe and the shower pipe in the bathroom were leaking water. Overall the stay was not pleasant. I do not recommend and I’m definitely not staying here again."
