"Our stay was overall ok. Easy walk to the train, food, shopping and the old town. We stayed a week. The pool was out of service the first 4, and the workout equipment was out of service. Once the pool was open, it was too cold for us to swim in. Bummer, because we really wanted to have a gym, spa and pool to relax in. My partner got a facial and had a mild breakout. We had been a little worried about possible noise from trains but the window was very well soundproofed and we were not disturbed at all, even though our particular room overlooked the station - a fascinating, ever-changing view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tram to town was afew minutes walk from the hotel and so was the bus stop. Aqua zoo which is a must visit if you have kids is also close-by. The breakfast spread was amazing. Probably need to check on general cleaning of the accomodqyon area and afew repairs for the older furniture etc."
