Check-in was a bit rocky since we couldnât get into our room until 3pm due to the hotel being full, which meant adjusting some of our plans. However, the staff went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. Since it was my birthday, they placed me on a nice floor with a beautiful view and even sent a thoughtful birthday surprise to the room. Throughout our stay, they were attentive to every request whether it was arranging car service, helping with food, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable.
