"Super comfortable bed, quiet room on level 7. Efficient check in and offer to help with bags. I had bar snacks and a drink which were adequate but did need to query the price as I had ordered a smaller sized beverage but was given a larger drink. This was due to the staff member being distracted by a rude and drunk patron while serving me. "

"I find the reception staff helpful and friendly as she helped me to carry my lugguage due to a recent arms strain. She is Māori who attended me around 9:40 am on 5 Jul. Well commendable !! "
