"Very clean hotel and accessible to the strip. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there was not a coffee pot in the room and getting a cup of coffee in the hotel or surrounding areas cost $7-$8.00 a cup."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. 2 of the 4 nights our shower was making a loud noise so the front desk checked us into another room. The remaining 2 nights there was an issue with the AC. I’m giving it a 4 stars since the front desk waived all the resort fees they were very nice"

"Have stayed here for many years when coming to Vegas. In my opinion, the hotel is starting to show some signs of wear in the rooms, but most of all, service has dropped off a cliff in the amenity areas. We spent a couple of days utilizing the pools for a few hours and I think there was one server serving the whole pool. In one instance a server refused to serve us because we didn’t want to buy a bucket of beers and only bringing two was “not worth her time”. Even when we rented a private space beside the pool with a minimum spend, it was almost hard to hit the minimum because the service was non existent. Great hotel, great location, but they really need to refocus on service."
