Location is good and the lady who serves breakfast is v pleasant and friendly. Bagels are the best. Only complaint was you can hear noise from outside in midnights.

My 5th stay at the Jewel and I'll be back. The rooms are not huge but this is NYC and they are clean and functional. Good bathroom space, helpful staff and above all, fantastic location just outside the hustle of times square but close to the subway.

Bathroom has a bidet. They provide slippers and bathrobes. Breakfast is simple but good basic selection with Japanese options. Room is spacious for NY hotel. Staff are super courteous and helpful
Just wish they would provide a newer and stronger hairdryer in the room

Good location next to Grand Station. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a low floor room and it was very noisy but to
Be expected in NYC next to Lexington Avenue.
