"We had an excellent time at your hotel. While many hotels have nice rooms, good locations, many services, what stands out at this hotel are the employees. Every one of them acted as if we were the only visitors they had at the time of conversation - always going the extra yard to suggest taking an umbrella, stopping by the bar for a glass of wine in the evening, suggesting the best way to get somewhere. I want to especially note Ariana - the front desk manager. She remembered our names two days after our first introduction and was just the most personable person I have ever met in a hotel.
