"Very nice ambience, great range of snacks, complimentary bottle of wine, good breakfast options. Doona a bit too warm so light blanket as an alternative would be good. Fridge badly needed defrosting so iceblocks could be made and fire extinguisher (EOM not obvious) may need maintenance. Suggest installation of fire blanket."

First of all Emelia and Karen were amazing with our booking and directions as well as tips on where to dine. The atmosphere when we entered the cottage was awesome. Greeted by nature sounds and scents. Gorgeous hardwood floors and spotlessly clean rooms we could not have been happier. A huge four poster bed and double spa room was to die for. "Isolated and does not feel safe to sleep as we are new to the environment. What if an intruder get's in? When we came in there was no hot water. When we reported that we had to call the Plumber. Aren't we supposed to be on holiday? Then the Plumber said he will come tomorrow morning. There is no Wifi and mobile reception is poor. They show a swimming pool in the promotion but it is not maintained. There are frogs in it. The price is too high for unmanaged property with unusable swimming pool,...

"Loved the cleanliness of the room. The toilets are modern and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay. I was slightly worried about checking in as we arrived quite late but self check in was very simple and straightforward. Very happy to stay here again in the future or recommend others."
