My stay at Tynecastle Park Hotel was comfortable & luxurious. It's a new property - fresh paint, decor, plush carpet. Staying there, you become part of the Hearts of Midlothian fandom. Visit the Tynecastle Arms on the corner for a pint and a conversation with a local fan. My room had a big screen wall with a 24/7 view of the football pitch - So cool. Bed/linens were high quality, water pressure excellent and divine A/C. (Every room could use more wall hooks, like for coats, not just in the bathroom.) The breakfast, for only $15 daily, had variety and I could snag a couple pieces of fruit for my backpack. Employees Sharon, Gillian, Addie and Paul were absolute standouts - tourist advice, navigating local public transit, safety coming/going late at night, etc. There is a bus stop literally on the corner of the hotel, so easy to use, easy access to Old Town. TPH is in the Gorgie area, outside the typical tourist zone, a REAL neighborhood. Great takeaway and locally owned shops - and I loved, LOVED my stay here.

Everything is absolutely perfect! The only thing is that the room doesn't have a TV. There's a live stream of a football pitch instead.

Super close to a main bus stop to the city. Very quiet. Super nice staff! Loved the bed and shower :) Would definitely stay again.

Really lovely hotel rooms within Tynecastle. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay again which as a Utd supporter upsets me a little 😂.

The hotel is new, and verry up to date. Everything is super clean, the staff are a cut above, very friendly and helpful, the beds are top notch comfortable with luxury pillows, and the bathroom is fantastic. The shower is especially nice, with strong water flow, a square foot shower head on top and a handheld spray on the wall. I did not have a single minor complaint, and even stayed an extra night for the local football game.
