"Arrived at hotel and Hotel was shut for renovation !! Travelled for 2 hours to get here ! "

"The rooms are lovely & clean. Was in room 47 very large king size room with bath tub bathroom. Slept very well, despite noise at 6:30ish am from noisy neighbours. The are the staff are friendly and fantastic can’t do enough to help you. Downsides they do not serve breakfasts (which I think would be amazing if they did) and the hotel used to have a pool but they no longer has it as was filled in and turned into a gym. Easy access to Barry town and Barry island. Car park is small and on a slope and can get very busy. But if you are disabled and have a blue badge they put a sign out and reserve a space for you. "

"Good breakfast selection well-cooked. Friendly staff although possibly not enough for a busy hotel. Bed quite firm. Shower was ok but water pressure was variable"

"Nice clean room, tv in room signal not good at times, staff friendly , good choice of food available both evening meal and breakfast. A small hiccup with food order in the evening but rectified when paid for."
