Great centrally located hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Parts of the hotel do feel a little tired. Breakfast was very nice and the bar attached to the hotel was quiet but handy. The location is really the major plus for the hotel, everything you need is right on the doorstep. We had a great short break in Amsterdam and will return

The staff were all very helpful and very nice. Gave us great recommendations for eating out. Only small thing was, we booked a twin room, this was basically 2 single beds pushed together? The single beds were also very small so was quite worried about turning over and falling out the bed!
