"Food was amazing, Room was super clean, if your younger I recommend you stay more towards Cancun the taxi to get out of here is really expensive and Ubers or didi can’t pick up in playa del Carmen so you’re stuck paying over 100 dollars ONE WAY each time. Also recommend to arrange a way to get here because they also don’t allow uber in the airport and got stuck paying 140 in taxi fees just to get in here. Other than that if you’re more on the calm side and not looking to leave the resort this is a good place with friendly staff. "

"Our stay was excellent! We stayed in privilege which was well worth the upgrade! Our butler was Alan and he was amazing! He checked in with us regularly to make sure we didnt need anything, if we wanted to make a reservation at any of the restaurants or anything else we needed. He even went above and beyond finding something for me off the resort and bringing it to me! We will definitely be back. "

"We stayed 8 nights in room 1804. It was a standard room but nice, large, and spotless every day! Our mini fridge was restocked with beer, pop, and plenty of water every day - never had to ask. The food was great! No complaints whatsoever! We especially enjoyed the Japanese a la carte. The entertainment staff was simply amazing. They were all such high energy, witty and so much fun! All staff were quite pleasant and helpful. The pools were great, the beach was nice and had white powdery sand. Overall we very much enjoyed this vacation and would return!"
