"Room: Very clean. Our room gets cleaned and tidied everyday. I didn't get their names but we are in room 2601. Staff: Amazing! Viri from daily activities, amazing. Antonio from pool bar, amazing! Would be nice to have a better nightly entertainment. Pool: would be nice to have a hot tub. It was a great experience overall!! I have no regrets booking this place. Although you may want to reconsider the free tours you offer your guests. We were forgotten, claiming the driver had a minor accident. Although when we complained to the driver of another group, miraculously our pick up was just 5 minutes away. We waited for more than an hour for our ride back to the hotel. "

"Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back."

"This was my first stay at Grand Sunset Princess and I loved it. Lovely, green area. Beautiful, spacious room with modern bathroom facilities. Fine bed. Room cleaned every day. Lots of swimming pools in addition to beach; I mostly used the pools. Very responsive staff, which I appreciated. I recommend this hotel to others and am likely to return myself."

"Wonderful hotel staff, who made our stay feel so special. Jenny was a delightful staff and brightened our day with her positive vibes and cheerful smile. As read on many prior reviews the hotel doesn't look as new as it once did. There are signs of wear and tear and agree some much needed maintenance is definitely required to the hotel to make it truly shine. Being a boutique hotel does have its qualities where you are given quality over quantity and that showed, food and service was exceptional. "
