"We spent a week at Valentin and really enjoyed our time. Emerald suite is a little smaller than we are used to but worked well. It was nice to be able to relax! The food was good and well seasoned. Disclaimer: Men make sure to bring pants and a collared shirt or you won’t be getting into the restaurants! Luckily my husband brought a set so we were good. I will say this rule seems a little crazy for vacationers who paid to relax and unwind."

"Thought Expedia sold me an all inclusive but ended up not being but honestly was a pretty amazing time with a quiet resort and not over packed at all… Edition was quick to answer calls and room service was fast. Enjoy a quiet resort"

"We had an incredible time. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Everyone at the hotel and throughout the resort is so incredibly kind. The private shuttles for Jungala make it so easy to get around. Daily breakfast at Del Lago was amazing. We were traveling with a 6 year old, so having access to all of the pools at the resort and the water park was so great! Cirque du Soleil on site was definitely a highlight. Excited to return."
