"This place is great. The owner Israel is very responsive and nice. I originally stayed at another hotel but their AC was broken. I had to find another hotel last minute at 8:30PM. I found this place because it’s close to where I originally stayed and messaged Israel. He welcomed me to his hotel despite the late time of day. The check in process was super easy too. The hotel is clean and has all basic supplies you’ll need. Israel has been responsive and helpful the whole stay. Would definitely...

"The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Everyone treated us so kindly. The food can be hit or miss but that's somewhat expected at an all inclusive resort. The "Preferred" upgrade has nicer rooms, butler service and upscale beach and bar/dining options. I recommend the upgrade.
The ocean view rooms are pretty far from the ocean and partially obscured by the palm trees. "
"The hotel was lovely, a touch of authenticity with beautifully painted buildings. The room was very spacious and it had both AC and celeing fan, which were both so useful, but not aggressive.
Walking through the jungle to get to the beach was our favourite part of the day. The food was great and the buffet was stunning, truly surprised with the quality and variety of food.
There were also wild coatis and iguanas all around the property making it fun to try and spot them. Had a lovely time overall. "

"The resort was an amazing experience. The property is breathtaking. The service was great from the start and never let up. The staff was sincere and kind. They made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The food was very good for resort standards. I had some of the best tacos I’ve ever had from their restaurant near the beach. The pools were in nice clean condition. It was very nice seeing the wild life animals pop up outside. It’s a resort I would love to visit again. Housekeeping kept the room nice and fresh. The shows within the resort were top notch.
The only downside is the Boomer fest who were in the resort. It was a very old crowd. Sometimes you’ll catch them giving you a stare. I mean you’re in Mexico. You shouldn’t be shocked seeing a Mexican American staying at the resort. You can tell some are just stuck in the old days. I was hoping to be part of a young vibrant crowd. This is something out of the control of resort. "
"From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. At check-in, Agni at the front desk was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming. He offered us an upgrade to a beachfront view, which we gladly accepted — and just as he described it, the room was “perfecto”! Spotlessly clean with a stunning view — it truly set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The beaches and pools were beautifully maintained, and the entire staff was attentive and friendly. There was always something going on with entertainment and activities available throughout the day, which kept things fun and engaging.
Now, let’s talk about the food — having stayed at several other all-inclusive resorts, we can confidently say this one stands out. The restaurants were top-notch, with great variety and high-quality meals every time. Service was prompt, professional, and always with a smile. They really go above and beyond here.
Overall, we give this resort a solid 10. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run, and truly enjoyable vacation. Hats off to the management and entire team — you’re doing an amazing job!

"I am a review reader....and the reviews that this place gets are just not accurate....This place is a hidden gem...We stayed here 4 nights and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us...the food was EXCELLENT....our room was awesome...The room ohotos are exactly as pictured...If youre looking for the party crowd....this aint it....but if youre a couple and want to spend some nice romantic alone time....this is your place...I went against my norm and gave this place a chance despite some of the reviews....and im glad I did.....THIS PLACE DID NOT DISAPPOINT ."
