"My friend and I traveled to Mexico City on a brief vacation and stayed at Hotel Historico Central. They helped set up transportation from the airport to the hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed by warm and friendly faces. Every interaction that I had with any of the hotel staff was met with professionalism and genuine care for our well-being. The hotel was stunning, perfectly located and incredibly clean. The price was also right. The 24-hour Cafe service that included sandwiches and snacks was an excellent perk. The complimentary breakfast was delectable. They always have complimentary water bottles available. The rooms were perfectly sized and the beds embraced you with comfort. Our vacation came to an abrupt halt when my friend suffered a medical emergency. The hotel connected me with a trusted doctor who came for a consultation and then recommended my friend be taken to a hospital immediately. Shortly after we arrived at the hospital, I received a text message from the hotel offering assistance of any kind. It was then that the hotel staff went from being staff to family. Going through a time of crisis in an unfamiliar City is terrifying enough but the staff at Hotel Historico Central supported us and helped us through the crisis. And for anyone looking for accommodations in Mexico City, Don't think twice and book this hotel. You won't regret it. "

"Great hotel, clean, bed was so comfortable. The rooms can be a little loud, but with the AC on it can drown out the noise. Food and service in the restaurant was good, they have a nice rooftop as well. The gym is just ok, not much options but the treadmill worked and the view was nice. Great location in the Zocalo, very walkable with great restaurants nearby. "

"Very friendly staff in a safe area, but there was nightlife by us (a plus for many im sure) but we were on the 2nd floor so the street noise was a little loud. Overall i was very happy with the stay"

"This is my favourite hotel in Mexico City, the staff, the rooms and the facilities are outstanding. We always stay in the club rooms which have been refurbished with the benefit of the club access. Really a great place to stay! "
