"I booked this Hotel, Primary for the Spa and Gym, On arrival was told that its all closed due to the refurb, apparently Nobody was Told , even the staff."

"Staff were very nice but unfortunately we stayed in a family room and room and bathroom were tired, air conditioning panel was broken. Single beds in family room only suitable for young children, not for teenagers as too small! "

"The hotel I worn, the rooms and facilities are in desperate need of refurb. The room I was in was ok, the furniture was a bit beaten up and the carpet worn out, but ok. There was no thermostat in the room and it was overly hot. Shower was good, bed was comfortable. "

"I wasn't happy with my stay at the property as there were marks on the bedding two single beds pushed together witch were different sizes the heating didn't work and the breakfast wasn't very good "
