"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

"If you’re going to Wembley Stadium then this is the perfect hotel. It’s minutes away from the stadium. The roof bar is an excellent venue for afterward your event. There’s also plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat in the hotel "

It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express.
Lovely spacious room with a kitchen.
Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance.
There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free.
Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."

Lovely touch with the hand written note and snacks in the room. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area"
