"Awesome location, great staff and very charming as stated in the description. Couldn't have been more conveniently located to all the things you want to see in Florence. Very large rooms and great AC which was appreciated by those of us traveling from the USA."

"OK, but some issues! First of all, the hotel is in a pretty good location, Florence’s city centre is all quite close with one another, which made it easy to walk through. Initial greeting with attendants was poor, we weren’t sure which doorbell it was and we pressed a few times and she came in yelling at us, even though we were standing for 10-15 minutes in the peak heat. Most of the staff we were seeing all seemed pretty annoyed all the time. The AC doesn’t work, you’re left with two fans....

"Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "
