Premier Hotel Cabin Enoshima

"I often stay at this hotel, which is clean, with spacious rooms. I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly. One negative is that although I have stayed probably 100+ nights over the past few years, the reservations system doesn't recognize me if I book via an agency (e.g. Expedia), which I always do, because the prices are terrible via the hotel's website. Several times I have been given an awful room (brick wall view) and had to change it. Obviously a chain-wide IT problem, but one that should be fixed and it would benefit the hotel's customer service delivery to do so. "

"We stayed 3 nights in residential room. It was bright, spacious with lots of storage and electrical outlets. We had a small challenge first time finding the hotel but it was a breeze afterwards. It connects directly to NeWoman 2nd floor. Self serve luggage storage on day of check in and check out. This is top 3 of city hotels we stayed. Definitely one of those we are willing to return to. "
