The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, they made my first trip to the Philippines and El Nido the best experience possible I'll definitely be making my way back here to stay longer."

"The staff and the hotel is GREAT!!! The only complaint I have is the airconditioner NEEDS TO BE CLEANED WITH DISINFECTANT. many hotels don’t realize that when the smell of mold and mildew (common in tropics)is coming from the aircon that means the guests are breathing in mold and mildew spores which can make guests sick. I was put on antibiotics and was sick for a week. Highly recommend this happens or I will not be staying again. "

"Rooms seams a lil old but they should've maintained it. AC doesn't work right on our first night. THEY NEED A BETTER BREAKFAST AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. Great view! Laundry across the street. "
