Unfortunately the concierge were not very helpful when we asked questions on how best to see the sites, but just ended up using the internet to build our own itinerary. We had a family room for 4 but there were only 3 towels, 3 robes etc.. the first day we asked for extra, but then had to ask every other day. The buffet was good."
