I loved this Hotel and it's extremely friendly and helpful staff! We needed recommendations as to where to go and eat, as well as help with local wines etc., and they were very helpful with any questions asked and advice given. The rooms and the lounge/breakfast areas were spotless. The buffet breakfast itself was good and sufficient. The hotel had easy access to the Old Town and could be reached in 10 mins walk.

This hotel is in a perfect location to visit Evora. It has free parking which is great. The hotel in parts is a little tired, but other parts looks lovely. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very tight, but the beds were so so comfortable. Bathroom good. Wifi good. Very clean. Breafast area was very nice with a good range of food and drink. Would recommend

We had a comfortable one-night stay at Ibis Evora. The old city is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel and we could easily park our car in the hotel's parking lot. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. The AC worked well for the heating. We had breakfast at the hotel which was also great with many savory and sweet options as well as good coffee.

The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Good water pressure. The room did not have a refrigerator and the pillows were rather lumpy. Location was good. Very close to a laundry place and an excellent local chicken shop. It has a bar and snack bar on site.

Nice hotel, but it’s not appropriate to put guests in rooms on the same floor that they are painting. The hallway looked a mess, and there was no indication as to which walls were wet. The floor should have been unavoidable for guests.

The property was under renovation, fact not mentioned during the booking process. The best thing was the customer service staff, very friendly, always trying to do the best , very attencious, friendly and if best information. For a small city, a good option.

For our needs the property was fine. It was quiet old and good to see quiet a lot of work’s happening. Definitely in need of revamp of rooms to repaint & modernise. The price reflected this. Staff we pleasant and helpful. Would of enjoyed a small selection of hot food for breakfast but was still bit to select from. Parking was good, able to park out front. Walking distance to main attractions.
