"Overall stay was good . Only downside is the no AC and front desk staff could be more lively “smile more”. They had no water at the hotel to drink besides the two complimentary ones, which was nice but I went down to ask for more and they had none nor any for sale at least ."

"Tuvimos una buena estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro de Cholula, y las habitaciones son cómodas y, sobre todo, muy limpias. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención del personal. Todos fueron muy amables y atentos durante nuestra estancia, definitivamente uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel. Nos hospedamos durante las fiestas de la ciudad, que se realizan justamente en la plaza donde está ubicado el hotel, por lo que hubo bastante ruido mientras duraban las celebraciones. Sin embargo, una vez que terminaban, el lugar quedaba muy tranquilo y pudimos dormir cómodamente. En cuanto a la limpieza, todo estaba muy limpio, aunque creo que deberían renovar algunos elementos de las habitaciones. Las sábanas se ven bastante antiguas, al igual que las toallas de baño, que aunque estaban limpias, ya lucen algo curtidas por el uso. Las almohadas también son pequeñas, delgadas y poco cómodas. En general, fue una buena experiencia. La excelente ubicación, la limpieza y, especialmente, la amabilidad del personal hacen que sea una buena opción para hospedarse en el centro de Cholula. Con una renovación de la ropa de cama, las toallas y las almohadas, la experiencia sería mucho mejor."

"La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. El desayuno incluído es sencillo pero tienen buen sazón. El personal que atiende muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es excelente para visitar el centro histórico caminando. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay cajones en la calle (con parquímetro) y un estacionamiento justo en la esquina. Hay varios restaurantes y otros hoteles en esa misma cuadra, por lo que pudiera resultar molesto para los que tienen el sueño muy ligero. Nosotros dormimos bastante bien."

"We just had the best thme here. Everyone was so nice, the food was delicious, and sitting in the courtyard at night, drinking wine, was a magical experince as we were the only ones at the hotel. The rooftop is also an expansive space where you can relax in total peaceful bliss. The hotel is right by the pyramid with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. We fully plan to return! "
