"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. The room was really clean and the grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and authentic! "
"This is a recently costructed small hotel beautifully build. Rooms have vaulted ceilings made of bricks and walls of stone. The staff is extra nice and helpful, and the hotel is immaculately clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is lack of a/c, or even a fan in the room."
"Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario. "
"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "
"The place is been have a lack of maintenance , light bulbs n covers are broken , garbage from previous guest in the room The room is outdated , definitely I will appreciate a refund. "
"El colchón del cuarto está viejo y eso no permite descansar.
El lavabo no tiene donde poner las cosas de uso personal lo que es otra incomodidad.
Junto a los dos buroes no hay ningún contacto para enchufar el cargador del celular. Hay uno en una pared a metro y medio de altura y no tiene una mesa cerca. Ni modo que el cargador y el teléfono queden colgando. Encontramos un cargador abajo de una mesita donde está la tele y ahí lo conectamos. También incómodo. "

"The staff was kind and very helpful. We definitely plan on staying there again soon! Has rooftop access to pool area and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday we were there. Reception helped us with anything we needed help with without fuss, even when coming late from an event and they had to let us in the gate. Thank you for taking good care of us on our stay. "
