"No breakfast menu. Pool and hot tub was nice staff seem to be unfriendly. We were told that the only room they had on the Falls side had stairs to the room so our room was on the 14th. Floor but then you walked in the steps took you down so we were actually on the 13th floor we though that was weird. "

"Enjoyed staying this hotel the service was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel amenities were excellent but keep in mind this is a very family friendly resort that caters to children sporting events. Can get a bit noisy and the pool/hottub was full of children at all hours during our stay."

"Wow just wow!! Splashed out on a room with a view and what a view it was! Room clean clearly recently decorated. Good size for a family of 4. Walkable to all attractions. Lovely restaurant/pub on site with amazing cocktails. Friendly staff. "

"They have gone a step tooo far on cheap. Room doesn’t get cleaned daily nor is coffee in the room daily. Paper cups are rationed and overall the price was not high nor low but the cheapness on everything was more than annoying. "
