"We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to get into our room earlier than check in since it was ready. The staff was very helpful. You might want to ask for a do not disturb placard. We didn’t have one and someone came in our room to do trash. Nothing was touched but We would have preferred if no one came in but nothing was touched but it is still the point."
